Lauren A. Wiggins

Lauren joined the firm in 2020 upon her graduation from Cumberland School of Law. While in law school, Lauren worked for a local law firm handling trust and estate matters, probate cases, and some corporate transactions. During this time, Lauren was selected to be a Research and Writing Editor on the editorial board of the American Journal of Trial Advocacy.

Lauren’s practice primarily focuses on representing clients in insurance coverage disputes, extracontractual litigation, and declaratory judgment actions. In addition to representing clients in the litigation context, Lauren provides pre-litigation counseling, opinions, and advice to the firm’s clients. This advice includes detailed analyses of insurance coverage, advising clients during the investigation of claims, advising clients regarding appraisal under the policy, and conducting examinations under oath.

Lauren is admitted to practice in Alabama state courts and all Alabama federal district courts.
