Ian was born in Huntsville, Alabama. He is a proud graduate of the University of Montevallo and received his law degree in 2019 from the Cumberland School of Law at Samford University. During law school, Ian served as the Articles Editor of the American Journal of Trial Advocacy and clerked for Judge Tamara Harris Johnson. He is admitted to practice in all state and federal courts in Alabama.
Ian and his wife, Lindsay, are members of St. Luke’s Episcopal Church in Mountain Brook, Alabama. Outside of the office, Ian spends most of his time reading, and playing with his two dogs, Zora and Daniel.
